Our Mozzarella di Bufala is produced only with fresh milk and whole buffalo breed Italian Mediterranean. All our breeding is registered at birth, and lives according to local customs in relaying semilibera, grazing open. The milk is subjected to the most stringent controls only after which comes to the process and production of all our dairy products.

SMOKED BUFFALO BELL

Flavor and fragrance rich in tradition…
Classical Mozzarella di Bufala Campana, subjected to a process of natural smoking according to tradition. Mozzarella are linked two by two in a stick resting on some bricks and covered with wet sacks. On the bottom is burned straw wheat, which in contact with the wet bags generates smoke and no fire. The smoking process takes about 20 minutes and gives the product an intense.

FRESH CHEESE

A real wild card in the kitchen…
Finely granular, Ricotta di Bufala Campana has a fresh taste, delicate and sweet, which assumes a stronger taste with the addition, during the manufacturing process, salt, buffalo milk, put; the scent is aromatic and fragrant.
Ideal consumed at the table with a side of seasonal vegetables, is a real joker in the kitchen, versatile and eclectic character of appetizing dishes ranging from appetizers to desserts.
